There is a Window in My Eye if You Look in You will See the Sky, is a suspended universe of gradient hues rippling across 4 large panels in the National Gallery atrium.
Derived from photographs of Singapore’s sky at sunrise and sunset, the transitioning colours coalesce in a domino of horizons, ushering time, as expressed through colour and light into the arena. Spanning 5 floors, the aerial sculptures unravel with one’s movement around them, giving a sense of time passing from dawn to dusk and back again.
